What to do with an HP NetServer LH Pro?

Just got a donation of a 1997 vintage HP NetServer LH Pro with no OS, 6x 9GB scsi hotswap drives, dual power supplies - 450 watts - probably. H19"xW14"xD18"

I think there should be some potential here. Problem is I can't find any setup info about the EISA bus configuration. The floppy and CDROM are recognized but can't get past the munged NVRAM for the EISA bus.

I see 2 alternatives, one is to get the system running as is or adapt the box to work with newer components. Server components are a bit large in the finance department so converting to standard PC stuff is more attractive to me, at least at the moment. I want to replace my WebServer PC. Anyone know if it is possible to get the software and drivers necessary to get this beastie of a system running either on W2Kserver or Linux?

The second alternative might be better asked in the mod forum but thought I'd start here.

    Cheers

Pretty sure you can get W2K drivers for it, not sure about Linux.

We have a few of those still lingering here as test/development machines...pretty sure the drivers are included on the Win2K CD. You would need to download the EISA config disc though.

I didn't have any success finding the EISA config disk. Perhaps I didn't look properly but I did look long and hard. Do you know where the files might be obtained?

    Thanks for the answer.

    HP?
I have an EISA box (The first PC I ever built!) I was thinking of doing something brainiac style to it with the help of some spare 400meter flares
