Budget PSU for A6 6400k build
I have a budget build comprising of: AMD A6 6400K APU, MSI FM2-A55-E33 mobo, G-Skill 4GB 1600MHz PC12800 DDR3 NQ Series ram.
I was entrusted with making the build as cheap as humanly possible, and I would therefore very very much appreciate any advice on which budget PSU might fit the bill here. I am wary of the £10-15 models but, in this case, would they be passable?
Thank you for any advice.

It's not worth the risk. Go for a cx430 or if there are any 300w PSUs. I think be quiet have a 300w one on scan.

If you are on a limited budget this would be fine:

My mate and I have used a few and they are fine. Capacitor quality is about the same as the CX430W. If you want better capacitor and fan quality get an XFX PRO 450W over a CX430W. The FSP is not that much worse in builf quality over the Corsair IMHO.

FSP are where it's at as CAT says. Known OEM with usually decent quality units.
It's not so much about a power unit failing, it's about what it might take when it does. I've never seen a FSP take a system with it, unlike many of the cheaper no name Chinese brands.

Had one of those, surprisingly good value. Been in use for 9-10 months now, 6-10h a day, no issues I am aware of.
