Can anyone suggest a good power cord/extension, that will be able to to take a 550W, monitor, 2.1 speakers and an extra accessory. 6 socket preferred.
thanks.

I use one from Ikea, I think it cost £4. It even has its own on/off switch. You're talking 3A at the wall at the most, its not a lot of load.

Well, all scan items are showing a delivery charge (Is it a one time offer only? - the free delivery). So I went ahead with amazon (prime)

I own loads of these: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/6-way...18m-power-lead and never had an issue.
Free delivery requires min £20 exc. VAT total order value IIRC.
I nip down to B&Q and by a pair of four way for about a fiver - but clearly the performance of my electric drill will be much better with those Russel and Andrews devices - and I can use the MegaClamp to hold the workpiece still. And its ability to correct imbalances will be useful when I am standing on a ladder and over-reaching!
