My graphics card is dying a slow death and I'm looking at the R9 270X to replace it. I'm unsure if my current PSU will be up to the job though, as it's a few years old now. My current PSU is a Corsair HX-620w and the graphics card is a HD5770
Any opinions?
Unless you're going for a world record overclock on that Q6600 then you'll be absolutely fine, the R9 270X is very efficient for the speed.
More than enough with loads spare. The HX620 was a Seasonic built unit with a single 12v rail of 600w.
