I have also disconnected my optical drive, and two of my internal disks, which stabilised my rig (It had been crashing). I assumed it was a power shortage. Mybee one is just iffy..

Might be a good replacement based on all of the feedback?

But Sunflower seem to have a very good reputation. They really seem to be trying to hard as the few reviews on that page show. Just look at the Jonnygury column there: 8.8 is the lowest score and most are 9+.

It looks quite good for £60. Its fan is unlikely to spin above 1000RPM, even under full load, especially in normal ambient temps.
My problem with it is that some of the components can be considered to be cheap, such as the sleeve bearing fan and Capxon capacitors. However it does have a 5 year warranty, so if anything goes wrong within 5 years you should be covered.
You haven't said what your budget is yet.

Not entirely fixed on a budget. Around £60 ?
Might be willing to spend a little more for something that had a passive mode..

The PSU calculators on the net give me such varied answers. I know my GPU can consume 264W on full stress..
Yes I do. PSU calculators should be completely avoided, instead look at reviews where they test the real world power draw and then correct for power supply efficiency (ie if they say a computer draws a peak of 300W at the wall with a 87% efficient PSU then the PSU only needs to be rated at 261W). Of course, that's only when you're dealing with a good PSU, which we are thankfully.

corsair rm series has no fan spin until 20% load
