Lower than bronze, white = standard.
Hoover your mouse over the logos in this link and you'll see spec.
How much difference would it make in real world use white vs bronze? probably not a lot IMO.

No. The efficiency rating should be the least of your concerns regarding a power supply. But all other things being equal, it's worth a look.
Efficiency ratings tend to go hand in hand with quality as well. The lower the efficiency rating the lower the quality (although there are some very good bronze rated units) and a standard 80+ rating tend to be the cheapest budget psu's with shorter warranties.
I take it you mean the HEC built 430/500/600w range that can be had for £32-38? I wouldn't touch one of them with a bargepole. A psu is not worth skimping on and high quality ones can be had reasonably cheaply.
80+ white power supplies are generally low quality units you should go for at least an 80+ bronze psu if you are using anything remotely expensive
