SFX-L PSU 600W - does it exist ?
I'm trying to buy 600W PSU to my m-ITX case and as I can see, only choice is Silverstone. I'm going for their case RVZ02B. It accepts SFX and SFX-L with 120mm fans. But I cannot find 600W SFX-L ?? :undecided
Anyone has Silverstone Strider SST-SX600-G SFX ? Noisy? it says semi-fanless whathever that means...

I have it's little brother in one of my HTPCs and the way it operates is that the fan only kicks in over a certain PSU load. Almost certainly what it means by semi-fanless.
I only use the machine for watching videos and running steam streaming, doing those tasks the fan has yet to kick in....so I can't comment on how noisy the fans are when they turn on.

I think the highest SFX-L one they do is 500W. What are you going to be using that'd require the extra power?
Re: SFX-L PSU 600W - does it exist ?
I have the SX600-G, but I've yet to use it. I've just lent it to a friend so he can test a motherboard he's got, I'll ask him how it performs. As far as I know it's the most powerful SFX PSU out there.
I'm torn between the RVZ01 and RVZ02. The 02 looks nicer, but the 01 has a bit more space in it and can accept slightly bigger graphics cards. What graphics card are you putting in yours?
Re: SFX-L PSU 600W - does it exist ?
I'm still deciding on the graphics: If I go for 970 then 500W is plenty, if I go for r9 290x or 390 then 500W may not be enough.. especially if I'm gonna OC
From what I know RVZ02 has better access and is slimmer, and indeed nicer...
@PorcupineTime let me know how sx600-g performs
