I'm after a PSU who's fan only comes on under load, hard to google

Heyo folks, I want a PSU who's fan doesn't always spin. Under load doesn't matter as it means I'm gaming so my speakers will be going, but any other time I tend to be in silence, so it'd be nice to have a silent PSU.

But googling this is surprisingly hard! So does anyone know which models have fans that only spin under load ?
