Political Compass - where do you sit?

This is quite neat - answer ~30 questions and your political views are plotted on a scatter diagram of left vs right, libertarian vs authoritarian:

    The Political Compass

I did it earlier today, can't remember my exact score but it was something like -5.5, -5.5. Wondering how that compares with my fellow hex-ites?

For reference, I'm basically exactly the same as the Dalai Lama, which is interesting because a lot of people comment on our resemblence in real life as well.

<- that's the Dalai Lama BTW.

EDIT: have re-done it with similar results:

Re: Political Compass - where do you sit?

What i don't understand is how you can be left wing, and libertarian at the same time?

Thats like saying we won't constrain you, except for when (does lispy baby talk) the cutise wootsie little wabbit crywing.

Seriously, if your saying the rich should have to pay more tax, how is there any freedom, most of the views of the left i saw from the questionaire, are opposed to the viewso f someone who is pro liberties.
