an interesting point there - this guy has basically been taking the heads off pictures of kiddies, and pasting them onto the bodies of porn stars. Now, i'm not claiming this is 'right', but should he really face jail time? I mean, this is a real case of (imo) no harm, no foul, surely? yes, he shouldnt work with kids, and should maybe be put on a piddy register (or equivilent) but jailed?? that's a little harsh..

Another example of out showboating legal system that would rather make an example out of someone to keep the media at bay than give sensable sentaces. I bet if you pick up this story in any tabloid they will be of the view the sentace is more than just.

If any one has even seem the monkey dust sketch featureing the 'Pedofider Generall' its a good satire on the political trend that is fastly developing.

This is clearly worded to give people the impression he has been given a 63 year sentence.
He is FACING UPTO A THEORETICAL MAXIMUM of 63 years
All that link says is he is being charges with 9 counts of some peado charge or other. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 7 years.

They expect sentencing to take place in teh next few months.

I think it's hilarious how he accidentally gave the cd rom to the camp's director. It never ceases to amaze me how the criminal fraternity are so stupid. If I was doing something so illegal it would net me 7 years for each offense then I would at least do everything in my power not to allow anyone to find out. I think he should go down for what he did, mainly because i'm fairly sure that the kids didn't give their permission to have their faces put on pornstars..however

1. How thick is he to give it to the camp director
2. Whats up with the 63 year sentence..surely he should only get 5 minimum..people have been put in for 10 years for actual molestation, not just photoshopping images..

The charges carry a sentence of 3.5 to 7 years. Even assuming he was convicted on ALL charges, he'd serve the sentences concurrently, not consecutively. So he's looking at 3.5 to 7 years maximum.
