They are just trying to create sufficient terrorists that they'll be able to hit some of them.

there has always been a war on terrorism, considering that its not actually over, i would have to wait another 20-30 years to answer that question

Are ya sure? I mean, the missiles they use are only accurate to within 11' so they haven't got enough suspects yet

i think the Bush administration really believed it's own bull, now it's in a sticky wicket and is looking for way out but has no real game plan.

at present i've had real urges to go up to every person i argued with about the Iraq war in the street and shout "told you so, you stupid git!" except it'd be ******ish and not exactly productive.

I wonder when if when we have the run up to another war will people still idioticly claim "it'll be different this time".

The less you are, the less you express your own life, the more you have, the greater is your alienated life, the greater is the store of your estranged being." Karl Marx

Originally it was the 'War on Terror'

I like Borat's "We support [the US'] War of Terror" - works with the 'War of Global Terrorism' as well

A friend of mine has a good t-shirt. It's got a picture of a grinning Dubya with the very large legend T.W.A.T. (and under that, in very small writing The War Against Terror.)

well if i said the war would lead to untold chaos would, increase islamic fundamentalism, make life for the iraqi's even worse than it was under Saddam and have a good chance of sending Iraq into a sectarian civil war, would I not have been right?
