Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Finally got everything set up on this new build its a good case but a bit noiser than I wanted got an akasa fan for the side panel from scan which is quieter, but was slightly to small and could only get 2 screws in instead of the 4 but is ok.I will have to look into getting some kind of dampers though for the power supply and hard drive mounts as there is some vibration. But all in all I still like it and happy with it.
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
i just dont understand how you people are saying that your cases are too loud... its totally not the case on mine, the fan is really quiet
oh well maybe i got a lucky fan, too bad the case got banged up real bad when someone was shipping it back to me... anyone want the 220mm fan from my case to try out?

I ended up buying one from Novatech for £55.
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Eh £120? Dont know where you got that from,I cant remember what I paid as I got a discount from the normal shop price of £60 as it was a display case think they knocked a tenner off.Just looked at PC World web site and its still there for £60 but still with the wrong picture of the case,
As for the noise its like a tractor!
LOL only kidding,I am used to having a noisey PC and have repaired other peoples PC's so can compare them for noise.Thats why I can pick up the noise coming off this case, repaired some really dead quiet PC's with smaller fans and you wonder if the PC is actually on there that quiet.Dont get me wrong its not a noisey noisey fan as such but would of hoped it would of been quieter, like I said the Akasa fan I got is quieter but I can only fit it with 2 screws as its slightly smaller and I am not going to start popping holes in the case so it fits. However there is no need as it works fine as it is no vibration or anything.
However I do get a bit of vibration from the PSU and hard drive like i said but will look into that again.
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Hullo All,
I am hoping that someone could help me please. I have bought the exact same case and I have two questions that have me stumped: The door of this case has 2 plugs running to the inside of the case - where do I plug them in and what are they for?
Thank you

Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
OK, I think what your talking about is the front blue LED light connector. (the large blue band running down the centre of the outside door) It should be attached on the inside of the case to a second cable ending in a molex connector. If you see 2 metal pins at the end of the wire from the door to the inside of the case you have accidently pulled the cable out! look for the molex connector (which is connected to a blue wire on my case version) and reconnect the end opposite the molex into the pins on the wire from the door.
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Thanks I will give it a bash. If I am still stuck I will post some pics.
Thank you

Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Thank you,
My door light works and the case looks very good. I am still struggling to get the front earphone and mike jack sockets to work. I know that I have connected them correctly on the MB - could I have tugged these cables out of plugs as well?

Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Nice case, to bad there none in my local PC World as I wanted to see the case up close in person. I'm still deciding on a case for my new rig.
Thanks for sharing the info.
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
I bought one of these yesterday, great case, looks great
Please note though, if like me you have a larger graphics card (Inno3D Nvidia GTX260 with freezeX2 fans) you may well have to remove one or more of the screwless HDD holders to squeeze it in, it was no problem to do, but something to think about.
Also I have the case connected up o.k LED's working etc.. but I was confused by there being two red and white wires both labelled as HD LED??? I connected the one up that appeared to fit my mobo and seems to work but not sure why the other is there, maybe its for a different type of mother board?
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !

I use a Akasa Revo in mine.
Its a great cooler for my needs (quiet!) but there are better coolers out there for performance
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
Yes, I have been using the CPU cooler I mentioned above and it fits with no problems - very effective as I have overclocked my CPU and it is as cool as a cucumber. LOL:)
Re: The latest case from Jeantech called the LUNA !
I took off the side panel fan and added a huge cooler from xigmatek. Idling at 34 and load 40 so no probs for me :)
