    NAD C 320BEE stereo Amplifier

I bought the NAD C 320BEE amplifier (on the 7th July) off an AV store for £170 on their ebay shop (included £15 for postage)

I have it hooked up to my pc (XFI Gamer)on a QED Qunex cable which replaces the 4 year old Tech+Link interconnect which has had its fair share of usage and 3 metres was just a bit too long, I was certain I was losing resolution to it too..any excuse to buy a new cable

Before the NAD I had a Rotel RA-02 stereo amp and before that a Kenwood KRV7050 stereo.
The Kenwood was great I thought until I got the Rotel and likewise the NAD betters the Rotel for the media I most often play.

Straight to the point the NAD has a cheap build quality. Plastic fascia, plastic buttons, weaker chassis but none of this makes the sound, it's what inside that does the music. I can see how someone would see the Rotel and NAD side by side and choose the Rotel every time.

The remote is huge and felt very professional. It controls everything NAD from DVD to CD and tape/tuner etc, the Rotel remote was small and felt like a cheap VCR remote by comparison.

It's been over a weeks worth of solid usage now and I am pleased to say it's far exceeded expectations and exceeds the Rotel somewhat (the Rotel has already been burned in by the previous owner for 3 years running) - background instruments are more alive than before and details in mp3 files I first thought were poor recordings to start with when I used the NAD on the first few days have opened up with much better vocals and imaging.

    Big thumbs up!

Below are some pics of the amp (I also could not find ANY decent quality photos of the amp when I was looking at reviews, they all had bad flash compensation or were too small to see any detail which was really irritating so I made it a priority to take good photos of it so that people can see what it looks like in detail

I also actually like the Titanium colour more over the NAD standard grey.

C352 has the front 3.5mm jack for mp3 players right? Looked at it briefly but it was slightly out of my budget! but does look good

Glad you're happy with it, they do make great kit.

The original C320 was the first proper bit of hi-fi I owned. Bought it at launch, had it for about a year, sold it to a mate, and he's been thrashing it daily ever since and it hasn't missed a beat.

To be fair, an amplifier with ~zero moving parts (volume control and input selector aside), is not likely to go wrong ever.

Re: NAD C 320BEE stereo Amplifier

nearly 10 years on and im still using my NAD Stereo Receiver 710, 522 CD Player and KEF Q15 speakers.

The only thing I would change now if i could afford to would be a new CD player.

    Very Nice kit
