not treating anything relating to bigfoot networks with the greatest level of scrutiny would be naive

However, my PC isn't exactly a beast - I'd be better off buying a new graphics card. This card is clearly aiming for the high end market, and though I'm an enthusiast, I certainly don't have enthusiast levels of cash. If I had a high end gaming rig, I'd certainly spend a little bit (comparatively) more to get one.
It's not like I couldn't live without it, but owning one certainly puts a smile on my face.
EDIT: Keep any questions coming, btw - Hexus gave me one of these things, it's the least I can do to give it a damn good reviewing.
I'd be interested if you could demonstrate / show the difference in 'game mode' this card makes to pings compared to the NIC it replaced. I'm very skeptical like Madduck that the claims made by bigfoot networks about massively improved pings are true. That said I think the most interesting bit about the card for me is how you can run apps as you mentioned directly on the card.
Is there really a difference with onboard??
Seems like a total waste of cash even with the offloading and what not, cant improve the network experience that much
