    I would like some feedback.

    Hello,

I have been playing PC games for many years now and I have always enjoyed reading reviews published on various websites across the web. Because of this I always thought writing game reviews would be something I would like to try but I have never really had a way of reaching out to an audience.

This changed at the beginning of this year I was offered a chance to write a couple of reviews on a website I help run and so far I have received some good feedback from the users of the website however I wanted to get some feedback from people who don’t use the site.

I would appreciated if you could spare some time to read maybe one or two of my reviews and then post back with either your positive or negative feedback and maybe even some suggestions.

    Thanks for reading my post.
    AsH

    Hi AsH,

I read through your NFS HP and HomeFront.

For Home Front possibly you could have provided a bit more on the MP, but overall lots of good detail - from your wording I would've expected a 7/10 though.

For NFS I thought a bit more detail distinguishing it from the original would've helped but I do agree with your score especially for any car enthusiasts. Would probably give it 8/10

For your articles I would say the formatting and font could be revisited to make it easier on the eye - there's sufficient content, just that there's too much bunched together, i.e. the type of font used - if you get what I mean?

Overall I think you're on the right path and you want to impart your experience and knowledge to the reader - top stuff

    Rob

Why not put your user reviews up here at HEXUS on the boards. You could also end up with it on the HEXUS Gaming homepage

Re: I would like some feedback.

I browsed just a little of what I found via your link. I enjoyed what I read.
I was though distracted by spelling and grammatical errors, and the lack of punctuation in places. To be fair there weren't many. Perhaps I'm too pedantic.
    For example:
'There are a wide variety of weapons and armors in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat on your travels you will be able to use Pistols,... and Heavy Machine Guns. All of these weapons can be upgraded to your liking with silences, scopes and under barrel grenade launchers all can be attached to your weapon for extra killing power.'
'H.A.W.X. 2 takes off almost two years after the original H.A.W.X.; bring a whole new story...'
These might have lost some formatting in my browser but a little punctuation would improve what I saw, and I suspect that you might be a victim of your spelling checker. Some longer sentences would be better broken into 2 or more shorter comments. What's written is readable and makes sense but errors like these give a careless, amateur air to the pieces. This isn't deserved.
I think I might enjoy H.A.W.X.2 after reading your review. Getting my attention is an achievement. On the whole, your reviews are worth a few minutes of anyone's time.
... I use now a big vent for the whole machine now, but I cant use it forever, it is my grandma's ventilator...
