    Sony PSP

This is my first review so here goes:
I highly recommend this console. It is so much more than a gaming devise, it is a media player. This is definitely the best product I have seen all year. Every body that sees it says how they love it, technically minded or not, “It looks like something from the future” I constantly hear. The Nintendo DS is no match to the PSP, the PSP seems a generation more advanced than the DS, and truly, who wants two screens on a handheld?

From the amount of stuff it looks like the xbox can do I doubt there will be any need for another console MS have done the right thing and brought out their console before the rest.

The movies playback on PSP is overhyped, that explains why there aren't many UMD movies for you to choose. DVDs on a proper screen looks much better.

Other than that, it can do pretty much everything the rest of the media players can do, especially if you have FW 1.5.

Must admit I'm pretty impressed with the PSP. Got mine around a month ago now and its good for a sit down for an hour while there is nothing on the TV I want to watch.

Only problem I have found is that with it not having 2 shoulder buttons on each side at times camera controls can be a bit fiddly. Big difference to the old Gameboy which was the last handheld I owned!

Anyone known if dead pixels are common with the PSP?
