The 7770's a fair bit better than the 650 (which is more comparable to the 7750). You should also consider the R7 250X, which is just a rebadged 7770, if you can find it for the same price.
I'm building a gaming pc and I don't know what to choose for my CPU. An AMD A8 5500 (with integrated Radeon HD 7560D graphics) or a AMD Radeon X4 760K (no integrated graphics) with a Asus radeon R7 250X graphics card. I would like to run games at medium or high settings and at 900p or 1080p and i would like the best performance. (30,40 or 50 frames is ok).
Ok. I made a post earlier on about the gigabyte geforce 650 vs the asus radeon hd 7770. I have another decision. The asus GeForce GTX 650 (if you wanna get technical google Asus GTX650-E-2GD5. There you will find some specs). Vs the Asus Radeon R7 250X (the 250X is just a rebadged 7770. Only cheaper). Please help.
it will be better and easier to recommend things, if you start a thread in the hardware section or review my build section listing your complete budget, what you want to use the computer for, if you are keeping any bits from your current computer and so on.
one thread per component is not the best way to go about it, you might get recommended a £400 core i7 for cpu and a bog standard £50 GPU in a mini itx case with a 1500W PSU if they are all separate. for example.
and it will be easier for you, if all the replies about your new build are in one thread instead of several.
Hi Icefighter - welcome to HEXUS! Having all these separate threads can be a bit confusing when people are trying to give co-ordinated advice, so I've merged them.
Stevie lee is on the money really - it's much easier for people to help if you keep everything together. If you want to, you can create a more general threads in here about your budget and what you're after, and I'll lock this one - else you can continue the discussion here.
