Would I need any additional fans?

Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
I wouldn't go for an R5 230 GPU as I would guess that you could actually get better graphics performance from the iGPU on one of AMDs APUs like the A10-7850K. Taking the GPU out and swapping the CPU (and the mobo to an FM2+ board) would save you at least £25 and wouldnt cost you much processing power at all. The other option is that you could go for a better GPU like an R7 260x, but you'd end up way over £500 that way.
Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
I really like the reviews for the new AMD cpu (using Phenom x4 atm).
Ideally want performance and loading times to be very good, would the extra £ on the gpu make that difference for an office pc? I remember reading somewhere that software like photoshop doesnt use the gpu anyway?
I also want it to be extra silent. Hence modified the basket (see below)

Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
If you'd like to reduce boot & load times, you might want to consider an SSD, for example, the Crucial MX100 or M550 £128Gb models. I'd probably do what Little_Dud suggested, & go for an A10 APU & FM2 motherboard, & put which you save on the graphics card towards an SSD.
Edit!

Didn't notice the hybrid drive you specified. I'm not sure how these compare to a dedicated SSD, but it's bound to be an improvement over a standard hard drive.

I saw a youtube review of a ssd, vs hd hybrid vs hd. The Hyrbid faired pretty well and results were like 30sec vs 45sec vs 75sec for a windows 7 boot time (the image was cloned to all 3 drives)
Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
Photoshop CS6 uses the GPU, not sure if earlier versions did, the Radeon 7750 and nVidia GTX 650 1GB DDR5s look like they're around the sweet spot. There may be other reviews around but start here: http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/art...eleration-161/

So photoshop, at least, does use GPUs. Not sure about other software, though, you'll have to look it up individually.
I'm also not sure that having a silent PSU is worth an extra £55. You'd be better off going for a quieter CPU cooler, like the noctua NH-L12 (an extra £5). If you have a GPU that is passively cooled (or don't have one at all), your PC is going to be extremely quiet anyway due to sheer lack of noise making parts, so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
Hmmm
Regarding CPU/MB:
AMD FX 8350 Black Edition, Vishera, 8 Core, S AM3+, 4.0GHz, 16MB Total Cache, 125W, Retail
Asus M5A99X EVO Rev 2 AMD 990X, S AM3+, DDR3, SATA III - 6Gb/s, RAID SATA, PCIe 2.0 (x16), ATX
or
AMD A10 7850K Black Edition, S FM2+, Kaveri Core, Quad Core, 4.0GHz, AMD Radeon R7, 95W, Retail
Asus F2A85-V PRO, AMD A85X, FM2, DDR3, SATA III - 6Gb/s, SATA RAID, PCIe 2.0, D-Sub/DVI-D/HDMI, ATX
Which will perform better for what I need?
Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
The 8350 doesn't have integrated graphics so you'd need a discrete GPU to go along with it. The 7850K does carry integrated graphics but its not quite as powerful in terms of raw processing speed. If I were you, I'd go for the 7850K and save the money. It should be powerful enough for what you need but if you think you need more then you can go for the 8350 + a GPU (as long as its more powerful than the 7850K's iGPU, which the R5 230 isn't) but it will cost a significant amount more and will make for a louder PC overall.
EDIT: Your mobo for the 7850K isn't compatible with that CPU. You need an FM2+ board.

Re: Review build: Video/Graphics/Multiple office programmes
Of the budget is limited, then the way to go would be the FM2+ with a hybrid drive plus a PSU which under light load doesn't even have it's FAN running.
How would a FX-6300 compare price wise? I think the FX-6300 would do nice in comparison against the FX-8350 (£71.50 vs £120) and the price difference could be redirected towards a beefier GPU that the R5 230. (HD7750 or maybe even a HD7770 or any of the new gen GPUs).
Also do you plan to overclock?
Little Dud is right, for a FM2+ CPU you need FM2+ MoBo (FM2 is not enough).

I have that SSHD. It's very good and windows (7 in my case) boots very fast in comparation with my old HDD.
That r5 230 doesn't sound very good get an r7 or a gtx 750
