    What you going to be using it for.

    CPU is good mine is at 4.1 and powers through games.

    Seems like a nice and solid budget PC to me.

    Would personally try to find faster RAM for the same money. And a different SSD, preferably not with a SandForce controller.

    Where did you get your prices from?

    EDIT: NewEgg got 2 x 4GB DDR3 1866Mhz for cheaper for $50 and $52.

    EDIT: OCZ ARC100 for $54 via Amazon or ADATA SP600 also from Amazon for $55.

    EDIT: Gigabyte 960 2GB from NewEgg $182.99 after rebate.

    EDIT: EVGA 400W or respectively 430W for $21 and $25 after rebate. And I think those PSUs are better. Also even 400W is plenty.

    it may be worth trying to get a used 780 / 780 ti off ebay these perform similarly to the 970 and you may be able to get one for around $200 if patient.
