Im have been looking to buy a new case and have my eye on the silencio 652s. Only the problem is i dont know if my h105 will fit with my 970a ds3p motherboard. Does anyone know if this will work? Im putting the rad in the top.

Its a fairly large case - http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid.../silencio652s/ and will fit 2 x 120mm fans at the top or front. But it doesn't mention radiators. I'd pick a case where it's spec actually said you could fit radiators.
I've got and recommend the Phanteks Enthoo Pro case.
The link i7Baby gave does actually mention support for radiators at the top:
"Liquid cooling ready - supports 240mm radiators (top) or 120mm radiators (rear)"
Going by that and the following photo from that page it seems like you might be able to fit the 38mm thick H105 radiator in that case, but it's very tight for clearance against the CPU fan header:
The GA-970A-DS3P is rather like the Gigabyte board I had in that (unlike the Asus boards I've had since) they don't put the power and fan connectors right at the very edge of the board, so this gives you a bit of extra room to work with. However, if your H105 doesn't fit you don't have much option other than to replace your case or cooler, so I'd ask CM themselves or ask on their forum before committing.
