Working nicely apart from boot/post problems that is!
Try increasing your SOC voltage, or maybe DRAM termination voltage?
Depending on your board, there might be other voltages you could increase slightly. SOC and dram boot voltage might help. Might also need to increase your cpu voltage slightly.
Not familiar with biostar boards so unsure what they might be called.
After reading about DRAM boot voltage I think you might be onto something but it might not be an option that's available on my board.
Have you run the ram at stock speeds? You won't notice hardly any difference trying to make it run quicker as the difference is so small.

Try a more conservative overclock - 3000 and see how that fairs. 3000 with tighter timings is often as good as higher clocks with looser timings.
As you can see here, 3000 with manual timings, is almost as fast as 3800 CL16 - skip to 12.15
Maybe try different ram

I contacted crucial support and they gave me the standard timings and haven't been much help apart from that. They have no forums either. Disappointing. Which make has the most helpful information and support on tuning their RAM? In the past, well, years ago, I bought RAM that came with data on how to set it up to run at it's rated overclocking speed on the platform it was made for.
