Hi Simon

The system was passing all tests until yesterday, I wasnt in but Sanjay has reported that the blue screened with a possible CPU issue so we are going to change the CPU today and get the system back on tests

Baring in mind it has taken this long for us to see a failure it could be next week before we are sure if the CPU has resolved the issue

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the update, thats pretty much what I expected. As I reported, sometimes it would go 2-3days without crashing, but mostly crashed atleast once a day.

Hopfully the new CPU will resolve the issue.

Hi Simon,

The system has been running Resident Evil benchmark all weekend fine up and till the last thing last night when it powered down completely. When the system crashed, did it powered down or did the screen just freeze. Currently rerunning the test to see it powers down again and has been OK since last night.

Hi Sanjay,

It mostly just froze, I believe a few times it reset itself after it froze, but do not think it ever turned itself off. Hope this helps.

Got my system back yesterday and its now running great! It starts up faster, is even more overclocked than before and has been 100% stable so far.

Would just like give a massive thanks to Ben and Sanjay for the top class customer service and keeping me informed the hole way through the process of getting it sorted (via here and emails).

Time to play some games
