Suspected GPU problem on a 3XS

    Build Number: 30511
    Invoice Number: 01719318

    Hi guys,

Background info on the problem here: http://forums.hexus.net/operating-sy...me-screen.html

Just to outline the problem: yesterday the machine was idling with everything at stock (OC profile not applied for general usage), when it suddenly froze. I rebooted and it was fine until the "welcome" screen after username and password entry when it froze again. This was regardless of which user account was used. It was fine in safemode with networking.

I reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 and it was fine until I installed the latest NVIDIA drivers and upon reboot the problem was back, making me suspect it was the drivers causing the issue. Also under device manager, the 2nd 460 is listed as "cannot start" and "error code: 10"

The fact that the problem persists after a fresh install makes me wander if it is one of the unlucky 1%? I opened the case and the SLI bridge and the card itself is secured correctly and there is minimal dust present.

As it was a custom order does the usual 1 year onsite, 1 year RTB warranty apply?

Thanks in advance for any instructions / advice / help!
