Problems with my shiny new 3XS SA-i7 PowerDAW+

    Hello all,

Is my first post here and is unfortunately one with problems.
Was thoroughly pleased with my Scan experience so far until my new computer arrived on Wednesday the 13th of April.
Its got a hardware problem somewhere that I've had from the very first boot, its very persistent, receiving Bios error noises (one short, one long angry one) and some serious crashing even during booting (repeatedly, i mean over and over). Then got an error message at the first Bios screen:-

The system has experienced boot failures because of Overclocking or changes of voltage.
Last settings in bios setup may not coincide with current h/w states.
    Current CPU speed 3.33 ghz
    Current bclk 133mhz
    Current memory speed 1066mhz

I emailed on the Thursday morning and received a swift reply asking me to reload the first Bios profile (my system has no overclocking). So far so good.
Tried it after finishing work that day but to no avail unfortunately. Same problem persists. To rule out a bad power socket have tried it in a few round my house and at my parents house (just to make sure).

So after knocking off work early on Friday so I could ring Scan tech support whilst at my shiny new Pc (love the look and and build quality by the way on that front its the smartest/tidiest looking computer I've ever owned), we went through trying to locate the problem.
We thought we had it down to a bad stick of RAM, and I was told to ring ring back on Monday to confirm whether it had solved the problem and they would replace the Ram if so, ran fine all Friday night. Again so far so good take 2.

Turned it on Saturday morning same problem again. Gggrrrrr. Really wanted to get down to writing some new tunes with all the power at its disposal this weekend!! (especially after thinking it was sorted).
To rule out the Ram completely, I ran it with each of the 3 sticks of Ram in individually, the problem persisted with each of them so unless their all faulty (unlikely!) I'm guessing its something else.
So I tried to ring Scan tech support the same day and got no answer so I left a message (all credit it wasn't long before their tech support shut).

Today I tried to ring 4 times and got no answer each time so have left another message, just tried to turn it on this evening (the same problem persists). Got it working long enough to have a little play around only to notice one of my storage drives has disappeared and then fairly soon after got BSOD (first time this has happened) with the error message INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR.
I don't really want to touch it now until it gets sorted cause the situation only seems to get worse.
Was so looking forward to nice stable/fast computer, but have been really disappointed so far.
    Help me please!
Look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks in advance Jon Pocock
