    Angry Dead again

    Hi,
My 3xs X58 i7 system has died again.

I suspect the issue is the same as before with the motherboard failing (ASUS P6X58D-E).

The fault occured whilst the pc was under normal operation with just powering off, When i press the power button to restart the pc there seems to be a pause for a few seconds then the power comes on momentarily then powers itself off again .. then continues to repeat this cycle untill I turn it off at the PSU or the plug. The system does not remain on long enough for the hard disks to reach operating speeds or initiate the boot sequence, so accessing cmos/bios is impossible.

Previously when this occured earlier this year I was without my pc for nearly 2 months, due mainly to your couriers not making an effort to arrange collection or delivery of my system or then promising to make a delivery and not showing up. I will not tollerate this on this occasion.

Please contact me asap to resolve this issue

    Hi Adam,

I've just seen your thread and moved it to our 3XS System support forum.

I believe you have created an OLQ and we have responded through there.

    Regards,
    Rob @ Scan
