    XS OC BUndle

    Hi I purchased a Scan XS OC bundle at the end of January beginning of February. I am aware that the sandybridge problem is in the process of getting switched out. However it has now been over 6 months since I bought the system and have yet to be contacted for the switch out to happen. I find this situation unacceptable.

    To make matters worse the overclock has never really been stable. The computer goes into a reboot cycle from time to time. Running at stock solves this. I was not to worried as I knew the system would be getting switched.

    Can someone from scan please get in touch to let me know what is going on.

    WOW impressive. Nearly three weeks and nothing. I have spent well over 6k in the last couple of years with scan. This is really impressive support guys.....

    Hi,

    Please feel free to ring customer services to discuss this, if your motherboard is not a B3 revision, it is eligible for a swapout at any time.

    To be fair, the amount of money you have spent does not dictate the level of service you get. They have no obligation to come onto the forums, they come on when they aren't too busy.

    I am aware of that. I was told several months ago that someone would contact me as this was a a XS OC bundle. If I wanted an OC'd bundle and overclock I would need to wait until I was contacted. If you had looked at the order number you would know exactly the parts involved.

    I will call over the next day or so.

    I am well aware of that and do not expect any better service. I mention it because I can happily take the business elsewhere. I can buy this stuff cheaper but I have gone to scan for many years due to the quality of the service..... which is non existent in this case.

    It's funny that when someone posts about a sales query they are on here fast enough.
