Hi I purchased a Scan XS OC bundle at the end of January beginning of February. I am aware that the sandybridge problem is in the process of getting switched out. However it has now been over 6 months since I bought the system and have yet to be contacted for the switch out to happen. I find this situation unacceptable.
To make matters worse the overclock has never really been stable. The computer goes into a reboot cycle from time to time. Running at stock solves this. I was not to worried as I knew the system would be getting switched.
Can someone from scan please get in touch to let me know what is going on.
