    Bsod

    Hi,

I have recently purchased a 3XS system from yourselves and on the whole things have been fine however I have been getting blue screened every now and then. I am not particularly computer savvy so have no idea why it is happening. When I restart after it has happened I get the below message about the error.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 124
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: FFFFFA80089DB028
    BCP3: 00000000BE200000
    BCP4: 000000000005110A
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\091911-7784-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Andy\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-10452-0.sysdata.xml

Not sure if anything can be gleaned from that information so if you require anything else please feel to ask.

    Thanks

    Re: Bsod

I'm having a very similar issue with a new build (3XS Z68). As you can see the error seems to be very similar indeed.

sorry about the images, i didnt save the error message, and the minidump files are all i have to go by.
