Computer Crashing

This is the second time since buying my computer in October i've had a need to phone technical support, but i'm getting the same issue where no one ever picks up the phone.

I've had the computer crash twice in two days now which, with it being a business computer is causing a lot of problems. I get a continual sound loop and the computer is totally unresponsive. Also it would appear the overclock is no longer on.

I did have this once before not long after buying it but it was assumed it was just a program causing issues and left at that.

I could really do with speaking to someone about the problem as i need to try and fix it asap.

Ok, got some things to test out over the next few days, hopefully get to the bottom of it.
