Corsair h100 dead?

I have a major issue with my H100 cooler, fans are working but I am having CPU fan error and CPU overheat error, that results in auto-shutdowns, I think the pumping block my be dead.

Anybody else ever have this issue? And what's the procedure for getting it sorted? My system is under warranty still.
