Received new build, no start up no boot screen.

Hi I just received my new 3XS system today, plugged everything in correctly, plugged the monitor and no start up. LED and system fans come on but no boot screen on monitor. I'd hate to send this back as I've waited long enough already, hoping for a quick fix.
