Hi All,
It's been a while since I posted. I know but been enjoying my new 3XS system too much.
Just wanted to post a quick question though about my machine. When it's been booting over the weekend, once or twice the machine has let up like it's booting but my monitor just goes into power save mode like it's not picking anything up and I've now had a BIOS message come up about overclocking failed! This has no appeared a couple of times. Anything ideas what this might be? or how to solve it? This doesn't happen everytime just on odd occassions it seems to be happening.
As usual any help would be very much appreciated.
Hi again folks,
Sorry to post again, just wanted to add a few more bits to the above problems I've been having. It seems like I am having some sort of BIOS problems. When my system is booting up now, it seems to be doing all sorts of 'extra' checks and setting up before clicking into Windows which it never has done previously. Any ideas what this might be? Sorry I am not being very specific, but I'd need to spend some time re-booting my machine to see what all the new stuff is saying. Hope someone can help? Cheers.
Hi
I am not at work today but as its an Asus Board (I think) goto the bios and Asus OC profile and load the Profile 1(If not overclocked) or Profile 2 (If overclocked) if the bios has reset itself the extra items at bootup are ones that are disabled in the original profile(s) set up by us
If you are still having issues let me know Monday and I will give you a call
Cheers
Ben
