Hi guys this is my first post on a forum
I have recently ordered a new system from scan costing me lots of money but when i email them asking about it i get very little to nothing in the way of replies.
But what worries me most is that i think they have my order wrong from what i ordered over the phone. they changed the graphics card on me to a cheaper one that i hope i will be refunded for and they seem to be missing the velociraptor hard drive from my order. It has been 2 days since i sent an email voicing my concerns and no reply.
As they plan on starting build on my computer next week ( but probably wont) it would be nice to know they actually know what i want building.
I saw that they actually reply on this forum so it seems my only chance to get to speak to someone.
I have also tried phoning but keep getting told that the person i need to talk to is out / at lunch / or not in today and that they will phone me back ( Its been 3 days since i last got told this )
As i also ordered extended warrenty i have grave concerns about the level of customer service and fear if something does go wrong it will be months till they get round to fixing it.
Hope to get a reply soon to put my mind at ease.
