Need another PC

Hey guys

I'm gonna need another scan pc soon. My latest one is working fine though..chewing Crysis up and spitting it out with gay abandon. It's my other older non-scan pc that needs replacing. It's dying and I'm fed up with it.

Here's the old PCs spec.
Amd 4800x2 processor
2GB DDR2 @400
512MB ATI Radion 1900xt
2x 200GB 7200 Maxtor drives (no raid)
couple of dvd writers
Windows XP Home

I just want a computer that is at least as powerful but am unsure where to start with a comparable processor, don't care if it's AMD or Intel. Same with the GFX card. Main use with be lots of Photoshop work, downloading stuff and watching dvds. I've got a feeling any PC might blow this one away as it's so old. Not too bothered about gaming on this one Any help would be much appreciated

We'd be better off swapping the OS for a 64bit variant to support the 4Gb amount but this is a powerful little box for the price when specced up right. I'd include a 9500GT GPU wherever possible, to assist with CUDA on Photoshop projects
