Hi all,
Ordered a 3XS i7 system a couple of days ago. very excited!
After a spot of googling I found a couple of bad reviews related to scan customer service, however after finding this forum my mind has been put at rest. Scan seem to be one of the better companies I have come across with loads of help and info. I was impressed to also find photos of builds too! keep up the good work, can't wait! thanks!

I think you will find if you search for any company it will bring up bad reports simply because its were people generally like to moan. I am positive you will have a good experience at Scan as we are very customer focused and the general feedback we get is very positive.

If you wish to have photos of your ordered PC on here please let me know your detials.

What specs did go for on your new 3xs system


Your mind has nothing to worry about
Scans customer service is awesome as i have found out

My new 3xs system crashed the day i got it with a bios related issue
Was asked to carry out a few checks myself to narrow down the problem but this didnt resolve it so Scan arranged to take it back for repair.
Paul and Ben have kept me informed with whats happening along the way.
The motherboard, CPU and graphics cards have all been replaced and im hoping to get the system back this weekend.

With Scan its all good

Thats going to be a great system mate, hey dont worry bout Scan there service and systems are so gd if it makes u feel better i got a 3 and bit year old system from them that still works fine! and no probs, when i did a few issues which were hardware related scan sorted it in like a day or 2 u cant argu with that!!

petef, I'm sure you'll be delighted with your 3XS system. I've had mine 3 months now and it's great.

My experience of customer service is that Scan are very professional and prompt with dealing with any problems - I had a small (manufacturer) fault with my system case when it arrived and the system had to be returned for a repair. This was all done and dusted within a few days, pretty much by return of post, so to speak. As part of my order I also bought a separate peripheral unit that turned out to be faulty - this was collected free of charge and a full refund issued. In both cases there was no quibble, no fuss. I wish more companies were like this, quite honestly!

In other words... I think you made a fine choice going for Scan.
