    Memory

Have had my nice new 3xs system for a while
Impressing people with the awesome vantage score it kicks out

Slowly getting used to Vista, and where its hiding all the bits and bobs from XP

Checking through the control panel and looking at the system info it shows the machine as only having 4gb memory

I thought that Vista Ultimate would show all available memory as im sure its 64 bits
Is there a way to see where the lost 2gb have gone ?

    Re: Memory

    Hi,

    It should indeed show it.

Need to check a couple of things. Can you catch how much memory is showing on the post screen as it boots up?

If not Sanj is sending you through instuctions shortly on running memtest. If you could run it for us and tell us what the memory amount are showing in the top left it could be helpful.

    Cheers.
