My 3SX won't boot up!

So last night I let my computer do some rendering and got in this morning, saw that everything had finished, so restarted the computer and now it won't boot up.

Normally it would just show the boot sequence and then the OS would start right up. Now it is starting ASUS Express Gate, staying on that splash screen for 10 seconds, showing the ASUS P6T Deluxe Motherboard screen for about 5 seconds and then flashing up what looks to be the normal boot Marvell Adapter sequence text, but then it stops and just has a blinking cursor on a blank screen.

In BIOS it shows my 500GB system drive and my 2 750GB RAID drives but in the boot screens it does say:
ADAPTER 0
Virtual Discs 0
Physical Discs 0

I really need some advice...

Have you reloaded the Bios profile
