    Scan Customer Service

Hey guys im New here :],
But I must must say Ive phoned Scan a few times in the past few days, because they've unfortunately been having issues with EVGA, as in EVGA are taking ages to deliver stock to them etc, now i bought an EVGA GTX 275 super clocked, but I was informed I would have to wait a while for it, but in fairness they upgraded me to a "Palit GTX 285 HDMI" no trouble at all, I believe the person I spoke to and got advice from on both occasions as this is my first PC build, was a guy called Adam B, and I have to say hes been the most helpful person Ive ever spoke to on the phone reguarding any product related issue, and If hes on Hexus id Just like to thank him :]. Also I bought by mistake a 64 bit version of windows 7 pro and i sent an email on a sunday to have it changed to 32 bit and in fairnes they took care of it more or less instantly on monday even though they were having system troubles.
    Thanks again scan computers!

Al the best ... Ben Wasley.
