Order Status?

My PC was due to be built on 4th August and be ready on the 9th. On the order status its shows at stage 3 building at 04 August 2010 10:49:58. And its not went on the memory stage yet, is the tracking lagged? are they problems with my parts? Because if it is realtime then 2 days to build a system would take longer then I thought. especially if everything ready by the 9th considering the weekend (I would think you do the burn in tests then).

Also if you choose you can post pictures of the build to show it off, but its not an exciting build as some of the ones shown on here so probably best not to

Note: I don't care if its going to be a bit late, as long as I know so I can organise my work schedule.

Hi Phil,

A direct email has been sent, I think its ntlworld that is causing me not to get all emails, or sending them wrong, so in the message I said reply to a different mail too.

I recieved an email yesterday that it was going through it last checks and if it was done in way it would be couriered yesterday and I would receive an email, if not it be done tomorrow. and sent today. However, order status page still shows QC checks, so I don't know when Im going to receive the pc? I called and no phone call back yet, sent an email to the above address no email back (but that was just recent). Can I please have an update?

Ok I have received no phonecall, no email saying the system has been dispatched, no tracking number, whats going on? I have an order picked email dated at 12:44 yesterday.

Ok received a phone call saying it be delivered tomorrow via courier, no tracking or anything though.

Received the PC yesterday via the personal delivery service, during the time he phoned me twice to say 1) he is collecting the PC and it can be delivered tomorrow, and 2) on the day of delivery with the rough time he would be here. I know I might have sounded inpatient on the thread, but I have to say the PC is outstandingly built and was definitely worth the wait. And would recommend any one who might read this thread to order a pc from 3xs.

I will send an email to the address stated on the email for feedback on the whole order too when I get the chance.
