Standard wait time for order

It looks like some people are a little upset that orderes are taking time to come through.

Im thinking of ordering a machine, what is the current time to delivery for a user spec'ed machine?

I have ordered a computer from scan. However it isn't a user specified computer. l placed the order the thursday from last. It's meant to be sent out on the 10th. So quite fast for me!

Do 3xs have a policy for delivery dates? (lead times)

Sorry I have missed this, our standard lead time is around 10 working days, we confirm this at the point of order and also via email once the order has been placed, during extremely busy times this timeframe can slip however you will be notified about this via mail.

If the machine is needed urgently we will do our best to accommodate,

Remember each of our machines are built to order as per your specification, its very much a custom build and hence the reason for the slightly longer than expected lead times.

We are currently looking into the possibility of prebuild/tested machines ready to ship.
