I'm sure someone from Scan will be along to give the current situation, but to give you an idea for my system I had my confirmation on 6th Nov and I am currently waiting for a call to arrange delivery which I suspect will be next week now. I can't imagine the cold snap has helped, so you're probably looking at at least a month from the confirmation.

Gecko, its taking us slightly longer than expected to issue system build slots and provide customers with build numbers, All orders that are currently outstanding are scheduled to be built and delivered before Christmas.
JayC, without know what area you live in its hard to advise if netsolve are having problems in your area, please email me your invoice number so I can double check for you. Netsolve as all delivery services are currently struggling due to weather.

I think the delay was with the build rather than netsolve. I only received the system complete confirmation on Weds 1st Dec hence my indication that build times + delivery are about a month. Paul from netsolve did email yesterday to say he was picking up the system and would be in touch after that.
