I ordered a system on the 20th November, and not having heard anything on the 26th chased up 3XS. Philip had a good chat with me on the phone and did highlight that they were very busy and that would try to get the system to me as soon as possible. He also sent through a nifty system tracking tool, that I logged into every day or to check progress.....or as it turned out lack of progress!!
A chaser email on the 7th December saw a spurt of progress with the system quickly moving through to quality control on the 10th December coincidently was the delivery date (note that 24 hour burn in took less than 24 hours, but hey I am in a rush now!) - and there it is stuck! Chase call today to see what is happening - but no response yet.........should be a good system when it arrives - and no doubt the £1700 is earning a small amount of interest at the bank for them!!
Come Philip and team get the skates on !
