Hi guys,
First off. many thanks for getting my system built and delivered before Christmas.
I've already installed much of my software onto the new machine, but today (28th Dec) it failed to boot into Windows.
It starts to load Windows (little flag appears) and then i get the blue screen of death (thought i'd seen the last of those) and it re-boots and tries to fix itself (which it can't).
The error is a STOP 0x0000007B - which appears to be a failure of the C:\ drive, or the drivers that start it working - as it's an SSD drive i'm a bit lost in fixing it.
Booting into safe mode also fails.
There are many references on the Internet to this type of failure, with suggestions on fixing by either trying a restore point (not tried that yet - not sure if that's a good idea or not) to checking the setting's in the BIOS - which i'm not touching unless someone tells me too..
i'm hoping someone knows a quick and easy fix for this (crossed fingers) as it would be nice to be up and running on my new PC.
Andy.
