What sort of quality and care goes into a 3XS pre-OC'd bundle?

I'm looking at a i7 2600k @ 4.7ghz bundle... but what sort of care goes into the overclocking. Is it done bit by bit, upping voltages, or is it more the turn it all the way up 1st time around and see what happens?

I obviously want an overclock with the lowest possible temps and voltages, but do not have the time to do this myself whilst working. I'm worried that a Scan overclock might just be whack it to the max voltage and hope it runs.

Can anyone share some insight into the process?

Looking at the pics of their builds, it looks like you will be hard pressed to find a company that takes more pride in their QC of their products.

That sounds good, do you know if when they do temp testing and overclocking, they use the cooler I choose with my bundle? I will be choosing the Corsair H100 and obviously the performance of this will differ to a cheaper air cooler.
