Just got my 2600k bundle, real happy!

Just received my i7 2600k build from Scan computers today after waiting a week or two for the H100. Have to say, it's great. The OC is damn stable, temps are awesome and packaging was extreme. Cheers to Lee Horan for all his help and replies to my emails

    Thanks for the feedback Alex

How are the zalman fans fairing on the H100?

Fingers crossed you got my email yesterday regarding the screws and have sorted them out from somewhere local to you so you can have the push/pull setup that you wanted

They are good, i'm seeing roughly a 4c drop on idle temps over the stock setup. As for screws, I was just cheap and used two screws on each fan, one in each corner. That's worked fine and the fans are still tightly attached.

Just one note, I got a BSOD this morning whilst installing Windows updates, so i'm hoping that this is just a one off hitch to do with updates and not the OC.

Seems it was a random BSOD. Played BF3 for a good few hours last night and worked without a hitch!

Good to hear BF3 isn't finicky about overclocks too much - about to get a bundle myself!

Some games just really don't like overclocks of any description. When I played LOTRO I couldn't go for more than an hour without a BSOD.
