    Yer I must admit the turnaround times seem a bit optimistic to say the least, I wonder how many actually get done in the 10 days given.

    But if you got stuck on mem testing and something failed then you should of really been updated before you phoned them

    Just received an update, now jumped straight from stage 4 to 7 (quality control), with estimated despatch in a day or so.

    I believe you just contact them with your build number and the changes you want

    Well build was supposed to start today, got an email yesterday with a couple items that were out of stock with suggested replacements or a new build date. Got an email today with an updated build invoice with my additions as well as the replacement parts. Now let's see if they hit the dispatch date of Thursday! :-D

    Same here mate, got an email yesterday about evga gtx 680 being out of stock... so i switched it to an msi gtx 680... build is ongoing... stage 4 memory testing...

    As for delivery I'm in northern Ireland so i have a feeling that will impact it a wee bit.

    If all goes well, 4 days to complete the build and 2 day delivery to NI... Monday? fingers crossed.

    Yeah, i needed a new Gtx680. My build ain't starting till Thursday, and im up in Scotland, so i wont be getting till next week. OH well, nearly there!!
