Hi there. I ordered a 3XS system with Scan on Monday. I selected a date next week for delivery, being very hopeful since it let me do that. I then noticed it said up to 10 business days for 3XS systems.
Since then I found this forum, where it looks like the build times seem closer to a month or more at the moment (?)
I spoke to someone on a customer service line who informed me that it was unlikely I'd get my build next week, but that I'd receive an email the day of my order to inform me when it would arrive. The only email I had after my order was automated, and confirmed my delivery date as being next week.
I sent an email to a scan employee I've seen help people on the boards here (Philip) asking about the expected date as well as a couple of other things on Monday. I've had no reply to my questions but I had a separate email from him about a free corsair headset. I replied to his email directly, forwarding along my questions, but I've still heard nothing back.
I understand if the build is going to be longer than 10 business days, I'm not impatient or wanting it to suddenly be rushed. However it'd be nice to have a direct line of contact to someone who can answer any questions I have, especially as I just spent a fair whack of money with Scan after having heard a ton of great recommendations regarding your customer services.
