Why no PCI-E wireless network card option?

Hi. I'm just curious: been playing with the configurator, trying to pull together an i5 system that meets my needs, but the only networking option seems to be for a USB wireless aerial dongle. Is there a reason that PCI-E wireless cards aren't available? My current rig uses a USB-based connection, and I'm not exactly thrilled with it, so I was hoping to use a dedicated card this time round. Are these no longer necessary for some reason? It's not just Scan, I notice that OCUK doesn't seem to offer them either.

Some of the boards have a build in wireless adapter which may be suitable? For instance the Asus P8Z77V I've just built an i5 machine around has one - not used it (GbE throughout the house), but it is definitely there - save you a PCI-E slot?
