Well still no start to my build yet so I guess they are behind will check again tomorrow, plus the wrong power supply is showing on the order with the wrong cable.

Yeah Stage 7, Can I ask you guys did you get the box's for the items, like the bag for the power supply and spare, replacement cables for the power supply also the spare fan that the H100 replaced? I have sent a email off but to date no reply, I have not got time to call for the next day or so and would like to have them all, ocd thing.

I had a Corsair Modular PSU in my system and when it arrived I got a nice corsair cable bag with all the unused cables in it.... hope this helps

Well I gone from being happy to being UNHAPPY , I phone today and asked about when my order would be shipped as its now been in quality control since the 07/08/2012 12:14, and they cant tell me when,would pass my call to Lee but no phone call back either wow. I sent a email on Monday 6/8 which is in my update above , asking these questions and no reply. I asked last week if I could have a Friday slot for my computer to be sent to me as i dont work. Well tomorrow is Friday and by the looks no computer!!!!.
I spend over £2500 and now been waiting since the 14/7/12 when I got the email
"Thank you for placing your 3XS system order with Scan Computers.Your paperwork for the 3XS system on order has now been passed to my department, and we are checking the whole order to make sure there is nothing out of stock that might delay the build of your system. Please note the delivery time may be up to 10 working days. We will endeavour to build the system and have it dispatched as soon as possible."

Well even by my maths that is a little over the 10 days. Yes I have changed a couple of items, but no items have been out of stock so what the hell is going on !!!!

The good news is I expect you will get a pc you are happy with next week! To be fair the guys in the 3xs production do seem to be well regarded and helpful. However ..... Look through the forums etc and you will see long delivery times are the norm despite what ads and web indicate, mine took over 5 weeks, I came close to complaining to Bolton trading standards as misleading ads are illegal and you must question them taking your money at the start. If they want to continue getting awards I suspect they are gonna have to address the delivery time issue. Hey, perhaps I'm just grumpy ;-)

Sadly, anything outside of the normal high quality automated process they have tends to break down spectactularly. But as Ecosphere says, you'll most likely be a very happy chap next week.

You're doing the right thing, raising it on the forums usually prompts Scan into a response. The other thing to do is call up Sales as they always answer.
