estimated build time

hi, can anyone tell me the estimated build time for a 3xs system, from placing order to delivery of system

I'd suggest you speak to Scan directly (call the Sales team) to understand what the timescales currently are.

However, when I ordered I was told 2-3 weeks and suspect I'm looking at 4-5 realistically.

I placed my order Tuesday, 31st July 2012, estimated completion date was received on Tuesday, 7th August 2012 (i.e. yes we have received your order here is your build and invoice number).

The estimated completion date is for 22nd August 2012. Estimated start of build was 17th August 2012.

So theoretically there could be a delay due to stock and/or a delay for build.

I suspect from all the posts I have seen it will be a 3 - 5 wait. Excruciating wait :woowoo:

I ordered my 3xs system on the 14th of July...

I still dont have it....

So 1 month and couting.

With no other details it's tough to say anything. You should of received a completion date. If it's gone over that or wanted more info then I would be ringing up rather than posting in someone else's thread or create your own.

I was merely answering the OP question in which he was asking for an estimated time for a PC build off scan. I am confused as to what other information I needed to state other than my purchase date followed by whether or not I have received by build yet.

When I purchased on the 14th July I did receive a estimated despatch date for the 2nd August, which as it turns out was a little optimistic. However, I know what stage my PC build is at so I dont need to ring them or start up my own thread. Like I said, I was merely letting the OP know what is to be expected by buying a 3xs system at this present time with regards to build time.

ays on ordering.
