    Hello David,

Sorry for any fustration with your recent purchase, It would be worth checking your spam filter as we have sent no less than 6 emails since the 4th in relation to your system order.

The tracking link is working without problem here, please be sure to be putting the build/invoice numbers in the correct boxes.

Re: Wondering where is my PC?

    Hi

    Thank you for the update

I did get all 6 emails on the day of the order confirming the order and you guys happily taking my money but nothing since.

The invoice and build login worked after you emailed and did not before.

Nothing about the overclock failing which is not good to hear and just delays it passed the priority order which I paid extra for, which to me makes that a waste of £40. Not to mention the hassle of making sure someone is available to receive it and also responding with the hints it is my fault as well is just unprofessional.

Although the wait for a 3XS system can be frustrating david, it's well worth the wait. Take it from someone who knows! Yes, we've all asked for a little more transparency with regards to how long it may take, but the burn-in tests are completely thorough and as such show up these issues before you get the system home. I waited over 4 weeks for my build from order to delivery but after it arrived I soon knew it was worth the time it took. Just have a little more patience and I'm sure you'll soon be a rather happy bunny

Re: Wondering where is my PC?

As Carl says, it may take a while but the PC will be top-notch. I would however completely understand your complaints, and if that was too much, I'd understand that too, we've all got different patience/tolerance thresholds. Good luck.

His pc will be top notch Ive no doubt but if he's paid extra for a priority build then if its not done in the time then he should get the £40 refunded.

Completely agree - 5 weeks seems to be the standard time - worth the wait. Also - don't get aggro at Phil- its amazing they are on this forum to help - taking it out on him solves nothing.

He isn't waiting the "standard" time, he has paid extra so to avoid the 5 week wait.

Re: Wondering where is my PC?

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for all the reply’s,

David, I’m sorry if I have upset or aggravated you in anyway.. from our side everything looked in order i.e. the emails were sent and the online tracking works. This is why I wanted to rule out spam folder/putting the wrong numbers in the wrong boxes first.

In reference to the priority build fee being wasted, this is simply not the case. Your machine was built as a priority and was on track for dispatch within the 4 days, unfortunately it didn’t pass our overclock stress tests and as such was held back a day so it would be perfectly stable (as anyone would expect).

What I propose in this instant is that we refund half the priority build fee, your system was built as a priority however was delayed by a single day in order to ensure the stability of your machine…

Please let me know your thoughts on this?

    Best Regards

Although this has been the case in the past, I’m glad to say it isn’t anymore.

We have made a number of internal changes to our system build department that includes 2 workshop expansions and the recruiting and training of numerous additional engineers. With these improvements 5 week lead times are a thing of the past, systems are now to be built and dispatched within our 10 working day time scale with the exact same throughout and time consuming testing as before.

We have a number of exciting projects and improvements coming for 2013… watch this space
